She was transferred from Government Inter College, Maldhanchaur, Ramnagar, Nainital to Government Inter College, Nainwal Pali, Almora, vide order dated 26.06.2023. Thus, feeling aggrieved, petitioner approached this Court. 4. No interim order was passed in favour of the petitioner. 5. Learned State Counsel submits that petitioner must have joined duties at the transferred place. He further submits that neither the Transferring Authority i.e. Regional Additional Director of Education nor the Appellate Authority i.e. Director, Education have been impleded as respondents in the writ petition, therefore, writ petition is liable to be dismissed for non-joinder of necessary parties. 6. Be that as it may, since petitioner has joined unconditionally at the transferred place, therefore, the reliefs claimed in the writ petition, do not survive now. 7. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
