Heard Sri Shivendra Rajwar, learned counsel for petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for State. 2. This writ petition is of the year 1997 i.e. pending for last 28 years. The petitioner's claim that he is entitled for the salary of the post of Nazir during the period he has worked on the said post. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner refers the order dated 04.05.1994, which is reproduced hereinafter :- "श्री जी०पी- बाजपेई, लेखा सहायक एवं टंकण, जो िक वतर्मान समय में िनयार्त व्यापार सूचना के न्द्र, मुख्यालय से सम्बद्ध है को तत्काल प्रभाव से नजारत प्रशाखा, मुख्यालय में तैनात िकया जाता है। श्री बाजपेई अपनी कायर्भार ग्रहण आख्या श्री एस०के ० गोस्वामी, अिधशाषी लेखा को प्रस्तुत करेंगे। श्री बाजपेई ने अपना उक्त कायर्भार तुरन्त ग्रहण करना सुिनिश्चत करें। श्री बाजपेई की िनयुिक्त संबंधी अन्य सेवा शतेर्ं यथावत रहेंगी।" 4. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that in terms of aforesaid order, petitioner is entitled for salary of the post of Nazir, which he has worked about 3 years, however, when the Court is directed to read the last line of order that श्री बाजपेई की िनयुिक्त संबंधी अन्य सेवा शतेर्ं यथावत रहेंगी learned counsel for petitioner has no answer said condition has specifically stated that condition of service will remain same as of earlier post i.e. Accountant Assistant-cum- Typist, therefore, prayer of petitioner has no legal basis.
