Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the opposite parties nos. 2 and 4 says that out of 36 months work done by the petitioner payment has been given to it for 13 months work. For remaining 23 months work funds have not been received from the concerned Ministry of Govt. of India. Learned counsel for the Union of India does not have any instructions. The District Magistrate, Ayodhya has written to the opposite party no. 1 regarding the payment which according to the petitioner includes the payments of the petitioner. Let the opposite party no. 1 take a decision in the matter at the earliest, say, within a period of two months and communicate it to the District Magistrate, Barabanki. If the funds are to be released with approval for payment and the same is granted, then, the payment shall be made to the persons to whom it is due and if it is due to the petitioner, then, paid to the petitioner also unless there is any legal impediment in which case the petitioner shall be informed in writing. With the aforesaid observations/directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
