Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC-LKO:34498-DB Court No. - 2 Case :- WRIT - C No. - 5402 of 2025 Petitioner :- Anuj Matanheliya And Another Respondent :- State Of U.P. Thru. Distt. Magistrate Distt. Bahraich And 2 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Pawan Kumar Singh Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C. Hon'ble Rajan Roy,J. Hon'ble Praveen Kumar Giri,J. Shri Shiv Pal Singh, Advocate has filed his vakalatnama on behalf of the opposite parties no. 2 and 3. The same is taken on record. Heard Shri Pawan Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State and Shri Shiv Pal Singh, learned counsel for the opposite parties no. 2 and 3. There is some dispute pertaining to the land in question between the petitioners and the opposite parties no. 2 and 3 who are represented by Shri Shiv Pal Singh. In the interregnum, some inquiry has been conducted by the Revenue and other authorities. Now, the petitioners want action based on such inquiry. Considering the pendency of Civil Suit we see no reason to enter into this dispute. Whatever action is to be taken by the Authorities, if it is permissible, can always be taken, but, we express no opinion in this regard. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of. . (Praveen Kumar Giri,J.) (Rajan Roy,J.) Order Date :- 4.6.2025 R.K.P.
