Heard Mr. Kripa Shankar Nanda, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Santosh Kumar Shukla, learned A.P.P. appearing for the State. 2. Petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No.49 of 2025 arising out of Khunti P.S. Case No. 80 of 2024 (G.R. Case No.18 of 2025) for the offences registered under Sections 302 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code. 3. Record reveals that one unidentified dead body was found, it was later on identified by father of the victim and he also disclosed that other co-accused Sanika Mundu son of Urwal Mundu and other co-accused person took his son on motorcycle and co-accused persons including the petitioner committed murder. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that F.I.R. is against unknown and during the course of investigation, name of petitioner as well as other co-accused persons surfaced in the present case. He has further submitted that similarly situated co-accused person namely Sanika Mundu son of Urwal Mundu has already been admitted to bail by Coordinate Bench of this Court in B.A. No.2789 of 2025. 5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail on the premise that this petitioner has confessed his guilt in his confessional statement. 6. After going through the impugned order passed by learned Sessions Judge, Khunti and order passed by Coordinate Bench of this Court in B.A. No.2789 of 2025, this Court is inclined to grant bail to petitioner. 7. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Khunti in connection with S.T. Case No.49 of 2025 arising out of Khunti P.S. Case No. 80 of 2024 (G.R. Case No.18 of 2025). (Arun Kumar Rai, J.) Sachin/-
