Issue writ, order or direction in the nature Mandamus commanding the Opposite Parties particularly Opposite Party No. 2 and 3 to remove the illegal Pathar Nasab from the land gata no. 553 situated at village Dulapur, Pargana and Tehsil Patti, District Pratapgarh which was installed by the Opposite Party No. 5 without any order of the Court or authority, in the interest of justice." Learned Standing Counsel has pointed out that the order for pattharnasb (raising of boundary wall marks) has been done in pursuance of the order passed on applicaation for demarcation. Such original order has not been challenged by the petitioner before the appropriate authority. This petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to move the competent authority.
