In view of the above submission, the second respondent is directed to conduct a survey in the subject property, identify the encroachments, if any, and thereafter, initiate enforcement actions and remove the encroachments by following the procedures as contemplated under law. It is needless to state that opportunity of hearing is to be granted to the encroachers also. The said exercise is directed to be completed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5. With the above observations, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
