Petition has been filed seeking following prayers:- "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari, quashing the impugned order dated 06/14.10.2005 passed by the O.P.No.3 whereby the Petitioner has been have been reverted to the post of Lekhpal from the post of Kanungo as contained in the Annexure No.1 to this writ petition. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari, quashing the impugned order dated 19.04.2024 passed by the O.P.No.3 whereby the representation of the Petitioner dated 16.10.2023 has been rejected by the O.P.No.3 and the reversion of the Petitioner from the post of Kanungo to Lekhpal has been held has lawful by the O.P.No.3 as contained in the Annexure No.2 to this writ petition. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the Opposite Parties to promote the Petitioner to the post of Registrar Kanungo with all consequential benefits. ....." Since consideration of petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioner to file a fresh representation before the opposite party No.2 i.e. Commissioner and Secretary, Board of Revenue, Lucknow or any other competent authority who shall consider and decided the same in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority.
