Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Shri Jay Prakash Singh Vats, learned counsel for the respondent. 2. The present petition has been filed challenging the order dated 27.03.2025, whereby the revisional court has remanded the matter for reconsideration of the application under Order 1 Rule 10(2) of the CPC, which was rejected earlier by the Civil Judge vide order dated 05.08.2023. 3. The contention of learned counsel for the petitioners is that this order of remand will lead a further delay. 4. Considering the submission made at the Bar, prima facie, no interference is called for with the order dated 27.03.2025. However, the present petition is disposed of with direction upon the trial court to decide the matter in terms of the remand order dated 27.03.2025 with all expedition, preferably within a period of three months from the date of filing of a certified copy of this order, in accordance with law.
