Consequently, prayed to set-aside the impugned order, dated 17.03.2008. 2. During the course of hearing today, learned counsel for the appellant placed a copy of letter dated 03.09.2025 addressed to the learned counsel for the appellant, wherein, it is stated that the appellant intends to withdraw the case and she is not interested to prosecute the same further. 3. In the light of the letter dated 03.09.2025, learned counsel for the appellant sought permission of this Court to withdraw this appeal. 4. Permission is accorded. 5. Accordingly, the Family Court Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
