On the basis of compliance affidavit, he submitted that order of Writ Court has been complied with, which is objected by learned counsel for the applicant and submitted that respondents have decided the order in favour of other applicants and payment is not made. 3. Under such facts of the case, no further order is required to be passed. 4. Accordingly, file is consigned to the record. 5. In case, the payment is not made, liberty is given to the applicant to recall of the order within a week.
