Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned HCGP. Perused the records. - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:6037 WP No. 1516 of 2025 3. The petitioner moved an application seeking regularization of his unauthorized occupancy. The authority, after due enquiry, has recommended and accordingly, a saguvali chit was issued on 24.05.2021 vide Annexure-A. The petitioner, based on the saguvali chit, has submitted an application to respondent No.4- Tahasildar to effect change of katha and reflect petitioner's name in the RTC pertaining to the petition land. The case on hand clearly reflects complete inaction on the part of respondent No.4-Tahasildar. 4. Learned HCGP at this juncture; however, assures this Court that respondent No.4-Tahasildar will look into the saguvali chit and accordingly effect change of katha. 5. Recording the assurance of the learned HCGP, this Court passes the following: ORDER i. The writ petition is allowed; - 4 - NC: 2025:KHC:6037 WP No. 1516 of 2025 ii. Respondent No.4-Tahasildar, shall forthwith act upon the saguvali chit, which is evidenced at Annexure-A and reflect the petitioner's name in the RTC pertaining to the petition land; iii.
