Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel. 2. The present petition has been filed challenging an order dated 18.06.2016, whereby the fair price shop licence of the petitioner was cancelled as well as the order dated 06.11.2016, whereby the appeal was dismissed. 3. On the perusal of the order impugned, it is revealed that on the basis of allegations levelled with regard to non-supply of the goods and for improper behavior, a show cause notice was served and thereafter after recording the evidence, the fair price shop licence was cancelled. The appellate court also considered the said submissions and affirmed the findings. 4. In view thereof, the findings of fact have been recorded, no interference is required. 5.
