Narendar, C.J.) 1. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned standing counsel for the State and the learned counsel for respondent nos.2 and 3. 2. The learned Government Counsel submits that the petitioner has submitted a representation seeking withdrawal of the order of attachment dated 27.05.2023 and that the same is under consideration and the same would be expeditiously considered and disposed on receipt of the report of the District Magistrate. 3. Concerned District Magistrate shall examine and submit the report within two weeks and the first respondent shall pass orders within two weeks thereafter. 5. Writ petition stands ordered, accordingly. 6. In the event, the concerned District Magistrate and the first respondent do not pass orders within the timeline fixed by this Court, it would be open for the petitioner to seek recall of this order. 7.
