The petitioner alleges encroachment on his Gata No. 875 situated at Village - Amrola, Sijhauli, Pargana & Tehsil - Akbarpur, District - Ambedkar Nagar by the Nagar Palika authorities. The submission is that Gata No. 876 which is navin parti has been encroached by other persons but in the garb of removing encroachment of the said persons, the petitioner's possession in respect of Gata No. 875 is being interfered. The petitioner should pursue other remedies such as to seek demarcation of his Gata as per law or remedies as may be prescribed, as, such disputed questions of fact cannot be seen before this Court. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
