The petitioner claims payment of certain dues based on supplies made in pursuance to Work Orders dated 04.06.2016, 21.06.2019, 08.08.2019 and 12.07.2021 to the Examination Controller of Lucknow University. There is no explanation for the delay in approaching the Court except to say that petitioner has been representing to the concerned which is hardly an explanation. If the suit was to be filed the limitation would ordinarily be three years. We see no reason to entertain this writ petition at this stage. Our order shall however not come in the way if the opposite parties are processing the bills of the petitioner for payment.
