Present petition has been filed challenging the order dated 07.09.2017 whereby the application for recalling the order dismissing the appeal in default was rejected. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that in terms of an order passed by this Court on 09.10.2027, an amount of Rs.25,000/- has been deposited. 4. In view of the said deposit, impugned order dated 07.09.2017 is set aside. 5. The appellate Court is directed to hear the appeal on merits and decide the same expeditiously preferably within a period of six months. 6. Present petition stands allowed in above terms.
