Learned counsel for the opposite party stated that the order dated 12.09.2024 passed by this Court in Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No.6730 of 2024 has been complied with as the Committee headed by the District Magistrate, Gonda has taken decision in respect of the representation of the applicant vide order dated 12.11.2024 and if the applicant is aggrieved by passing the order dated 12.11.2024, she may take appropriate legal remedy. 4. In view of above, the instant application is disposed of with a liberty to the applicant that if she is feeling aggrieved by passing the order dated 12.11.2024, she may take appropriate legal remedy. .
