Yobin, learned counsel for the applicant, who has submitted that the applicant has intended to file an appeal, being aggrieved by the impugned judgment and order of sentence dated 28.07.2025 in Special POCSO Case No. 26 of 2015. However, a delay of 25 days has occurred in filing the said appeal, for which prayer is made for condonation of such delay. 2. Mr. H. Kharmih, learned Addl.
