This petition has been filed for direction for expeditious disposal of Case No.7051/2018, under Section 138 Negotiable Instrument Act, Police Station Gomti Nagar, District Lucknow pending in the court of Presiding Officer, Additional Court Room No.01, Lucknow. Perusal of the order sheet indicates that the accused is not appearing and when he had not appeared on issuance of bailable warrant, non bailable warrant has been issued on 13.12.2024. Therefore when the court itself is making efforts for disposal, this Court is not inclined to issue any direction at this stage. Even otherwise in view of law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court, the application for early disposal can be moved and considered by the concerned court.
