By means of this petition, the petitioners have sought quashing of F.I.R. dated 13.04.2025, bearing Case Crime/F.I.R. No.0054/2025, for the offence under Sections 190, 191(2), 191(3), 121(2), 115(2), 109, 352, 351 (3) of the BNS, 2023 and Section 7 Criminal Law (Amendment) Act, 1932, registered at Police Station - Mahigawan, District Lucknow North (Commissionerate Lucknow). After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioners states that he intends to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to seek remedy as provided under Section 482 of BNSS, 202. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to take appropriate remedy as permissible in law before appropriate court. (Syed Qamar Hasan Rizvi,J.)
