The petitioners in this petition, who claim to be working as Safaiwalas on a consolidated salary in the Department of Health for the last seven years, are seeking a direction to the respondents to regularise their services in terms of various Government Orders issued from time to time. 02. The dispute raised in this petition is essentially a dispute pertaining to recruitment to Government service and is, therefore, amenable to the jurisdiction of Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT). 03. This petition is, accordingly, transferred to the CAT, Jammu. The Registry is directed to take note of the same and transmit the record of this petition to the CAT, Jammu, who shall, on receipt of the record, put both the parties to notice and proceed in the matter in accordance with law. 04.
