This application has been filed by the applicants for quashing of the entire proceedings of Complaint Case No. 383 of 2015, arising out of Case Crime No. 0128 of 2014, under Sections 323, 504, 392 IPC, Police Station - Cantt., District - Lucknow, pending before Court of Judicial Magistrate, District - Lucknow, as well as summoning order dated 24.08.2015. Contention is that after summoning order dated 24.08.2015 had been issued in the aforesaid complaint case, the parties have entered into the compromise and the compromise deed has also been verified by learned Trial Court vide order dated 03.05.2025, a copy of which is part of Annexure No. 1 to the application. Considering the aforesaid, the application is allowed. The entire proceedings arising out of Complaint Case No. 383 of 2015, arising out of Case Crime No. 0128 of 2014, under Sections 323, 504, 392 IPC, Police Station - Cantt., District - Lucknow, pending before Court of Judicial Magistrate, District - Lucknow, as well as summoning order dated 24.08.2015 are quashed qua the applicants.
