ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... a writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the direction of the respondent in not registering the complaint dated 04.11.2025 as illegal opposed to the provisions of Chapter XV of BNSS 2023 and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to register the complaint forthwith Investigate into the matter and recover the blank promotes and cheques Illegally taken from my husband father in law and from other family members.”
2. Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that they have received the representation

of the petitioner and asked her to produce relevant documents but she did not produce the same.

Learned counsel for the petitioner disputing the submission made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home and stated that the documents were sent through post and they have acknowledgment for the same.
4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the Petitioner is directed to approach the police along with the relevant documents and the police are directed to look into it and take appropriate action, in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
