Learned A.G.A. has raised a preliminary objection regarding the relief clause in the writ petition, which are as follows: "(i) a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus thereby commanding to the opposite party no.2&3 to look in to the matter and conduct an impartial inquiry in to the matter and take strict action against the responsible persons who have misplaced the paper book of the case of the petitioner, in the interest of justice. (ii) a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus thereby direction to the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Nawabganj, Barabanki for speedy disposal of Case under section 145 Cr.P.C. Police Station Kotwali Nagar, District Barabanki parties Ram Gopal Vishwakarma versus Shyam Kishor Vishwakarma pending in the court of Sub Divisional Magistrate, Barabanki." 3. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to approach the appropriate forum. 4.
