The instant application under section 483 Cr.P.C. has been filed with the prayer to direct the trial court concerned to decide the Criminal Case No. 22 of 2023; State Vs. Irshad and others, arising out of Case Crime No. 07 of 2023, under Sections 498-A, 323 IPC and Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Mahila Thana, District Sultanpur within the stipulated period of time. The learned State Counsel has no objection for the said prayer. In view of the aforesaid, the trial court concerned is directed to decide the Criminal Case No. 22 of 2023; State Vs. Irshad and others, arising out of Case Crime No. 07 of 2023, under Sections 498-A, 323 IPC and Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Mahila Thana, District Sultanpur, if the matter is still pending consideration, with expedition, in accordance with law, considering the instructions and guidelines issued by this court; time to time.
