Case No. 132 of 2023 (Shivika Singh Versus Property of Late Yashoveer Singh) filed under Section 372 of the Indian Succession Act, 1925 for the issuance of a succession certificate in favour of the petitioner, expeditiously within the stipulated time period as this Hon'ble Court deems just and proper." 3. Considering the submissions made by the Counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to move an appropriate application for expeditious disposal of the suit. In case, such an application is moved within two weeks from today, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law as well as the administrative guidelines/ circular of this Court.
