The matter has been settled between the parties at Rs. 16,50,000/- and that out of which Rs.9,29,000/- thereof has already been deposited before the Registry and the same has been withdrawn by the respondents. The remaining amount of Rs. 7,21,000/-shall be deposited by the insurance company before the Registry within one month. On such deposit being made, let the amount be disbursed to the claimants/respondents, on due identification of the respondents by the engaged counsel. It is also directed that out of remaining amount, Rs.2,00,000/- will be fixed deposited in any nationalized bank in the name of the claimant/respondent No. 1.
