The instant writ petition has been filed with the following main prayers :- "(i) SET ASIDE the impugned order dated 09/05/2025 passed in the Case No.T202504040500695 u/s 209 (J), UP Revenue Code 2006 and also the consequential order dated 15.01.2025 passed in case no. 107 of 2025 Fanney Lal versus State & others which has been affirmed by the order dated 09.05.2025; as contained in Annexure No. 1." In so far as the order dated 09.05.2025, the order in issue, is concerned the petitioners are having a statutory remedy of appeal available. In view of the remedy of appeal available to the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to avail the remedy as available and with a direction that in case such appeal is filed, the same shall be decided by the concerned authority in the light of Rule 183(4) of the U.P. Revenue Code Rules, 2016 made under U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 and para 458(2) of U.P. Revenue Court Manual, as per which, revision or appeal should preferably be decided within six months.
