The present petition has been filed for the following main relief:- "I. To issue writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus, thereby directing the Opposite Party No. 3 to ensure the handing over the charge of Principle to the Petitioner at Composite School Kapoorpur, Vikas Khand Jhanjhari, District- Gonda, in the interest of justice." Considering the facts of the case as also the statement of learned Counsel for the petitioner as also Dr. Udai Veer Singh, learned Counsel for the opposite party no.3, this Court finds that justice would suffice, if a direction is issued to opposite party no.3/District Basic Shiksha Adhikari, District Gonda, to redress the grievance of the petitioner raised in the representation dated 20.12.2024 annexed as Annexure no.14 to the present petition. Accordingly, without entering into the merits of the case, the petition is disposed of finally with direction to opposite party no.3 to consider and decide the representation dated 20.12.2024 preferred by the petitioner, in accordance with law expeditiously say within a period of four weeks, from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
