Shyamraji and others versus Vijay Bahadur) U/S 96 of C.P.C. which is pending since 2025 before the District Judge Faizabad, as expeditiously as possible or within a period as stipulated by this Hon'ble Court. " 3. Considering the fact that the abovesaid appeal is of 2025, the present petition is disposed off directing the petitioner to move an appropriate application for early hearing of the appeal before the appellate authority and if such application is filed, the same shall be considered sympathetically and decided the same expeditiously.
