According to the petitioner, C.M.D. Inter College, Chudiyala Mohanpura, Bhagwanpur, Haridwar was an unaided privately managed educational institution, which was included in the grant-in-aid list of the State Government in the year 2016. 4. The grievance raised by petitioner is that the Committee of Management of the said college made certain backdoor appointments soon before inclusion of the institution in grant-in-aid list and created evidence to show that show that they were serving in the institution since long and based on such false evidence, many persons were absorbed as regular teacher in the institution, after it started receiving grant- in-aid from the State Government. 5. Petitioner has sought a direction to the competent authority to have the matter inquired. 2025:UHC:9680 6. Learned State Counsel submits that if petitioner has any grievance, then he could have approached the Chief Education Officer, Haridwar, by making a representation. 7. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of with liberty to petitioner to make representation to the Chief Education Officer, Haridwar. If petitioner submits such representation within three weeks from today, the Chief Education Officer concerned shall pass appropriate order, after hearing the persons likely to be affected, within nine months thereafter. 8. It goes without saying that the Chief Education Officer shall also examine the record available with the concerned institution, before taking any decision.
