Nokhe Lal and others" to proceed the same without giving any adjournment on day to day basis, during pendency of the instant petition;" 3. Considering the reliefs as prayed for, the present petition is disposed of directing the Court concerned to decide the aforesaid interim application with all expedition, preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of filing of a certified copy of this order, in accordance with law.
