Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel. 2. The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite party No. 1 to 5 to ensure the removal of illegal encroachment by the opposite party No. 6 from the public land Gata no. 62, recorded as Chakmarg (Public way) in the revenue records, situate at Village Pure Pandit Singhgarh, Block Sangipur, Tehsil Lalganj, District Pratapgarh, is being Annexed as Annexure no.1. (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite party No. 1 to 5 look into the matter and take necessary step for removal of encroachment by the opposite party No. 6 from the public land Gata no. 62 recorded as Chakmarg (Public way) in the revenue records, situate at Village Pure Pandit Singhgarh, Block Sangipur, Tehsil Lalganj, District Pratapgarh." 3. Learned Standing Counsel based upon instructions states that the process of demarcations are going on and the work shall be completed expeditiously. 4. In view of the abovesaid statement, it is directed that the work of identification and thereafter construction shall be concluded in accordance with law with all expedition preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order. 5.
