Heard Sri Sushil Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the applicants as well as Sri Muniraj Mehrotra, learned AGA for the State and Sri Sanjay Kumar Srivastava for the opposite parties No. 2 and 3. 3. This is an application under Section 482 has been filed for quashing the proceedings of Case No. 1508 of 2021 old case No. 715/9 of 2013 (State Vs. Shashank & others), Case Crime No. 152 of 2013, U/s 452, 307, 324, 153-A, 504 IPC, P.S. Babri, District Muzaffar Nagar pending before the court of learned Addl. Civil Judge (Junior Division), Shamli at Kairana for the charge sheet dated 10.10.2013 as well as its order of cognizance dated 30.10.2013. 4. During the pendency of the said proceedings, the parties have entered into compromise on 06.01.2025, copy whereof is already on record as Annexure-7 at page 49 of the paper book reference whereof has been made in para 16 of the application. He further invites attention towards page 53 so as to contend that the compromise stood verified by virtue of the order of the court below, Additional Civil Judge (J.D.), Shamli at Kairana. 5. Learned AGA as well a the counsel for the opposite parties No. 2 & 3 do not dispute the said fact. 6. Thus, this Court finds that there is no reason to proceed with the matter. 7. Accordingly, the application is allowed. 8. The proceedings in Case No. 1508 of 2021 old case No. 715/9 of 2013 (State Vs. Shashank & others), Case Crime No. 152 of 2013, U/s 452, 307, 324, 153-A, 504 IPC, P.S. Babri, District Muzaffar Nagar pending before the court of learned Addl. Civil Judge (Junior Division), Shamli at Kairana for the charge sheet dated 10.10.2013 as well as its order of cognizance dated 30.10.2013, be quashed.
