The present contempt application has been filed alleging disobedience of order dated 19.03.2025 passed by this Court in Writ-C No.2676 of 2025. 3. In pursuance of earlier order dated 23.07.2025, Sri Gyanendra Kumar Srivastava, Advocate filed affidavit of compliance duly sworn by Dr. Anurag Srivastava, Registrar, U.P. Medical Council, Lucknow/respondent no.s, which is taken on record. Sri Gyanendra Kumar Srivastava informed that pursuant to the direction issued by writ court, decision has been taken on 28.07.2025. He further submits that the order of writ court has been complied with. 4. Considering the contents of the order of writ Court as well as the affidavit of compliance filed by respondent no.2, this Court is of the view that since the direction issued by the writ court has already been complied with therefore, the present contempt application has lost its efficacy. 5.
