The petitioner alleges that opposite party No.8 had been receiving salary from two employers, i.e., Paras Nath Sukla Inter College, Brijendranagar Chetra, Bahraich, and Government Exchequer, claiming to be working as Panchayat Sahayak-cum-Data Entry Operator in Gram Panchayat - Chetra, Block-Tejwapur, Bahraich. If it is so, the petitioner can initiate proceedings under the criminal law if he has information about the said facts or can approach the concerned authority apprising them of the aforesaid facts. We cannot decide such questions of fact in these proceedings. 2. This writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of. 3. Our order shall not be understood as affirming any illegal action of opposite party No.8 or any other opposite party and it shall not come in the way if any of the opposite party wants to inquire into the allegations.
