The present petition has been filed seeking following main relief(s):- "1. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus, commanding and directing the opp. party no.3 to fix the pillars at the boundary of land of Khata No.372, Gata/Plot no. 146 san, area 0.1140 hectare, situated at Village Sikrori, Paragana & Tehsil and District Lucknow, in view of the order dated 28.03.2023 passed by the S.D.M Sadar, Lucknow, in the interest of justice, contained as Annexure No.4 to this writ petition." Taking note of the relief(s) sought as also the Section 24 of the Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code, 2006 (in short "Code of 2006") as also Rule 22 of the Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code Rules, 2016 (in short "Rules, 2016"), the present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to prefer an application as per rule before the appropriate authority for the purposes of fixation of pillar, which shall be disposed of by the concerned authority by a reasoned and speaking order expeditiously and do needful, if there is no legal impediment.
