Yadav, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Sri Sudhir Mattegunta, learned Standing Counsel for Gram Panchayat, Sri P. Rajesh Kumar, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj and Sri T. Sanjeeva Rao, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. 2. Sri P.A.K. Yadav, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Sri Sudhir Mattegunta, learned Standing Counsel for Gram Panchayat has submitted the Written Instruction furnished by the Panchayat Secretary, Muppalla Gram Panchayat, Palnadu District, dated 06.04.2025. Copy of it is submitted to the learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner and the same is taken on record. The relevant portion of the Written Instruction is usefully extracted hereunder: “This is to certify that Mr. Prathipati Surendra, S/o Venkateswarlu, has legally registered a Open land measuring 314.6 square yards in Grama kantam Survey No.311-B1 of Village Settlement Area. The land was registered through a settlement deed Registration No. 18827/ 2022, dated 02.08.2022 from Mrs. Jangam Saramma wife of Mr. Jangam Sowraiah, in Muppala Village, Muppala Mandal, Palnadu District. This is to confirm that no notices or interventions have been issued by the Gram Panchayat, regarding this matter to Mr. Prathipati Surendra, S/o Venkateshwara Rao.” 4 3. The above Written Instruction would indicate that the Gram Panchayat has not issued any Notice to the Writ Petitioner nor had interfered with the peaceful possession of the Writ Petitioner. 4. Having noted the same, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of this Writ Petition, at the admission stage, directing the Official Respondents to follow the due process of law, if any coercive action is sought to be initiated against the Writ Petitioner in the future. 5. With these observations and directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. 6.
