By means of the present revision, the order dated 11.01.2018, under Section 128 Cr.P.C. passed by Principal Judge, Family Court, Sultanpur (in short "Family Court') has been challenged which relates to recovery of amount awarded by the Family Court towards maintenance vide order dated 17.01.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Case no. 291/2013 (Smt. Farzana Nisha Vs. Israr Ahmad and Others.), under Section 125 Cr.P.C.. Challenging the order dated 17.01.2015 passed by the Family Court was assailed by the revisionist by means of CRIMINAL REVISION No. 160 of 2015 before this Court. The aforesaid revision has been dismissed vide order dated 29.11.2022. A copy of which is taken on record. In view of aforesaid, this Court finds no force in the instant revision. Accordingly, it is dismissed. No order as to costs. The copy of the order be sent to the Family Court.
