And 3 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Ram Suphal Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C. Hon'ble Rajan Roy,J. Hon'ble Praveen Kumar Giri,J. Heard Shri Ram Suphal, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State. The petitioner claims status quo order dated 13.05.2025 passed by the Additional Commissioner, Ayodhya Division, Ayodhya in Case No. 305 of 2025; Bhola Verma and Anr. Vs. Devdutta and Ors. which is an appeal under Section 207 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 against an order passed under Section 116 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. In the meantime, what has happened, as claimed by the petitioner is that he was harvesting the 'mustered crop' sown by him, but, the police has stopped him from doing so. If it is so, he can move an application in the pending appeal apprising the Appellate Authority about the said facts who shall summon a report from the concerned district authorities including the police and resolve the matter as to how far there is violation, if at all, of the temporary injunction granted by it. This shall be done at the earliest, say, within a period of two weeks from the receipt of certified copy of this order. Obviously, the opposite parties, if any, in the appeal would also be heard. With the aforesaid observations/directions, the writ petition is disposed of. Let a copy of this order be provided to the learned counsel for the parties today itself on payment of usual charges. .
