The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "अ. ययाचची पर दयया कर ययाचचकया स्वचीकक त कर मयाननचीय चवपकची नन 0-1 कके समक वयादची दयारया प्रस्ततुत वयाद इकरयारनयामया कके चवचशिष्ठ अनतुपयालन एवम स्थयाई चनषकेधयाजया , वयाद सन0- 1245/2019 (प्रदचीप कतु मयार सयाहह बनयाम रयाजकेन्द्र प्रसयाद आचद) कको शिचीघ्रचतशिचीघ्र चनरर्णीत करयायके जयानके ककी कक पया ककी जयायके तथया अनयावश्यक ससचवल प्रचकयया कके दतुरुपयकोग कको रकोकनके ककी कक पया ककी जयायके।" 3. Considering the submissions made by the Counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to move an appropriate application for expeditious disposal of the suit. In case, such an application is filed within two weeks from today, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law. It is made clear that no unnecessary adjournment shall be given to any of the parties.
