When this petition is taken up for hearing, Mr.P.Kottaichamy, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that the investigation in Crime No.191 of 2022 was completed and the final report has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Nagercoil, through e-filing in No.CC/7200/23, on 15.05.2023. 3. Since it is reported that the final report was also filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Nagercoil, through e-filing on 15.05.2023, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.191 of 2022. The respondent Police, who filed the final report, is also having the responsibility to ensure that the final report is taken on file within a reasonable time.
