Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel for opposite parties. Petition has been filed challenging order dated 2nd May, 2025 whereby petitioner has been placed under suspension on the allegation of having accepted bribe. Learned State Counsel has been provided written instructions dated 8th July, 2025 which is taken on record and as per which charge sheet has already been issued to petitioner on 30th June, 2025. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner's reply to the charge sheet is ready and shall be submitted shortly. In view of such a submission being made, it is provided that in case petitioner submits its reply to the charge sheet within a period of 15 days from today, the inquiry officer shall make endeavour to conclude the inquiry proceedings expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date petitioner submits his reply.
