Issue orders and direction to the learned Court of Civil Judge (SD), Lucknow to expedite more particularly in a time bound manner the regular suit bearing no. 917 of 2019, Jagdish Prasad Vs. Uttar Pradesh Awas & Vikas Parishad, pending before the learned Court of Civil Judge (SD), Lucknow." 3. Sri Puneet Chandra, learned counsel for the respondent states that they would cooperate in early disposal of the suit. 4. In view thereof, the present petition is disposed of with direction to the Court concerned to endeavour for deciding the suit expeditiously without giving any unnecessary adjournment to any of the party.
