This writ petition was filed questioning the unauthorized interference with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the land of the petitioners in an extent of Ac.3.00 cents, Ac.3.00 cents, Ac.3.00 cents and Ac.3.00 cents in Sy.No.305-d, 305-p, 305/64 and 305-c of Dudgasagaram Village, Saluru Mandal, Vizianagaram District. 3. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the respondent officials will proceed against the subject property, only in accordance with law, if so warranted. 4. In view of the above said facts and circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to follow the due process of law in respect of the subject land of this writ petition and if the petitioners are otherwise in possession of the same, they shall not be evicted except by following the due process of law. 5.
