By way of this application, a prayer has been made that there is a typographical error in paragraph No.12 of judgment passed by this Court, wherein one date 18.07.2023 is mentioned, whereas, correct date is 18.08.2023. Accordingly, it is prayed that necessary correction be incorporated in the order. As typographical error is clearly borne out from the record, therefore, this application is allowed. It is ordered that in paragraph No.12 of the judgment, one of the two dates mentioned therein i.e. 18.07.2023 be corrected as 18.08.2023 and thereafter, after carrying out necessary correction, fresh copy of the judgment be uploaded on the CIS.
