Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC-LKO:36855-DB Court No. - 2 Case :- WRIT - C No. - 5695 of 2025 Petitioner :- Gyan Prakash Shukla Respondent :- State Of U.P. Thru. Prin. Secy. Revenue U.P. Lko. And 4 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Alok Kirti Mishra,Komal Kashyap,Veer Keshwar Singh Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C. Hon'ble Rajan Roy,J. Hon'ble Om Prakash Shukla,J. 1. Heard. 2. The petitioner seeks compliance of order dated 18.01.2000 and in this context, he relies upon an order dated 03.05.2019 passed by Additional Commissioner (Judicial), Ayodhya Division, Ayodhya. 3. Considering that the petitioner has approached this Court after almost twenty five years and also as the proceedings under Section 33/39 initiated by him were not found to be maintainable vide order dated 03.05.2019 and he is unable to point out under which provision of statute the order dated 18.01.2000, compliance of which has been sought, has been passed, therefore, we do not find it a fit case for exercising our extra-ordinary jurisdiction in the matter. However, we leave it open for the petitioner to pursue other remedies such as to get his rights settled as the petitioner, in effect, claims rights and interest in Abadi land based on order dated 18.01.2000 by which the Gatas in question where he says that his house exists were ordered to be recorded as Abadi and such questions cannot be gone into under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. (Om Prakash Shukla,J.) (Rajan Roy,J.)
