The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "(I) To set aside the impugned order dated 04.08.2022 passed by Learned Court of Judicial Magistrate (Junior Division), Kunda Pratapgarh bearing Case No. 1113/2021 (1113/2024) "Ramashanker Kesherwani Vs. Kalpana Mishra and Others", as contained in Annexure No. 1 to this petition, in the interest of justice. (II) To direct the opposite parties to not make any hindrance in a peaceful living of petitioner over Gata No.282/420 belonging to above Gata no situated in Ward No. 13, Rani Maheshwari Jagar, in the interest of justice. (III) To direct the opposite parties to maintain the status-co over the land bearing Gata No.282/420 belonging to above Gata no situated in Ward No. 13, Rani Maheshwari Jagar, till the disposal of above pending suit." 3. The Counsel for the petitioner states that he has not filed any injunction application but has filed an application under Section 151 of Cr.P.C. 3. In view thereof, the present petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to file a comprehensive injunction application, if so advised. In case such an application is filed, the same shall be decided expeditiously.
