According to them, they have worked for more than ten years, therefore, they are entitled for regularisation. 4. Learned State Counsel, however, submits that there is no provision for regularisation of employees engaged through outsourcing. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner, in reply, relies upon a judgment rendered by Division Bench of this Court in Writ Petition (PIL) No. 116 of 2018 (Kundan Singh v. State & others). 2025:UHC:9577 6. Without going into the merits of the claim raised by petitioners, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioners to make representation to the Director, Medical Education, Uttarakhand. If petitioners make representation, within one week from today, decision thereupon shall be taken as per law, within three weeks thereafter. 7. Till decision on petitioners’ representation, they shall not be disturbed.
